48-Hour Return Policy
At Bharat Fashions, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Returns are accepted only for damaged items under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Only products received in a damaged condition are eligible for return or replacement.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.
Video Proof Requirement
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label on the parcel.
- The unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- The damaged product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized and personalized products are non-returnable unless received damaged.
- Returns based on personal preference, design choice, color variation, or incorrect size selection by the customer will not be accepted.
- Requests without valid unboxing video proof will be rejected.
Return Process

- Share your order details, photos, and complete unboxing video.
- Our team will review the claim and provide a resolution.
